How We Work

We deal with each order on an individual basis, so first it will be necessary for you to email us with your requirements. 

 

If you already have a logo you will need to send us a picture of it before we can give you a quote. This is because prices partly depend on stitch count.

 

PRICES. The prices shown in the garment listings are standard prices. They include VAT and embroidery of up to 6,500 stitches in the left chest area using stock fonts and motifs but exclude p&p which is charged at cost.

 

DISCOUNTS. There are discounts for larger orders. The discount will depend on the quantity, the garment type and on the embroidery content.

 

SUPPLEMENTS. There may be supplements for additional work required which is usually one of the following:

· digitisation of a bespoke logo

· different personal names on different items

· additional embroidery e.g. on the back of garments or on sleeves.

 

Each order is priced individually according to the number of stitches and the work involved, so please contact us for a quote.

 

ABOUT THE GARMENTS. We have given additional information about garments in the garment listings – our own personal observations about garments - to help you in your choices.  We are always happy to advise about sizes and colour etc. If you require any more information, please contact us.

 

ABOUT THICKNESS OF MATERIAL. The thickness of garments is indicated by the gms figure (which is in the top right corner of the garment detail pages). The higher the number, the thicker the material.
